Mini600 Antenna Analyzer

The Mini600 Antenna analyzer is a pretty cool device! The creation is the hard work of a fellow Ham; EU1KY.

The Mini600 comes with version 1.4 (.500 mhz - 600 mhz) but, can easily upgrade to ver. 3 (.500 mhz - 1.5 ghz).

The Mini600 Antenna Analyzer is based on the original version (FAA-450) and is an open source project built from the STM32-F7 Discovery board. While, the FAA-450 version is the Europian version and comes with no battery, The Mini600 is produced in the US and comes with a LiPo batery built in. As with any device containing a LiPo battery, never charge unit, unattended!

Features a BIG COLOR TFT LCD, CAPACITIVE TOUCHSCREEN, HF/VHF/UHF frequency coverage, built-in TDR function, and multiple scanning curves with SWR. These features outperform many expensive antenna analyzers present on the market.

The analyzer utilizes DSP technology to analyze the sampled and lower converted (10KHz) V & I signal and derive their magnitude ratio and phase difference. The calibrated, measured results are very accurated for amateur radio purposes. So, an Open-Short-Load calibration is required to compensate transmission line influence on measured parameters before the final usage.
